Returns Policy

We want to make online shopping at Hart-On-Paw as easy as possible for you.
If the item you receive is faulty, damaged or different to what you have ordered you must return it within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. You must fill out the Returns Form that will be included with your delivery and let us how how you would like us to handle the return.  If you want a different size or product you must fill in your credit card details on the Returns Form or send us a cheque or postal order for the postage amount owed.  Your item will not be resent until postage is paid for your order.

Please note we thoroughly check all our products before they are dispatched.

If you do not wish to keep the product(s) received, we will refund you the full amount excluding postage and packaging and any fees incured for refunding the money to your credit or debit card or posting a refund cheque, provided you return the product(s) within 7 days of receiving them.
Wrong sized/coloured products can be returned for the correct size/colour.

Please note you will have to pay the postage costs again for us to resend the products out to you and any additional costs due for larger sizes.

If the size/colour you require is not in stock we can send it out to you when we receive it or you may order a different product. Please make sure that you measure your pets correctly and use our sizing guides to avoid returns. Postage costs on returned items are the customer’s responsibility. We will not be liable for any losses made due to the postal system losing the package on its return. We recommend you use recorded delivery to send returns back to us.

All returned items must be sent back in perfect condition, unused, in the original packaging and with tags. Any returned used products will not be entitled to a refund or replacement, this includes but is not limited to; all clothing, cosmetics, beds, toys, hair accessories or collars with dog or cat hairs still on them.
