Online Booking Security

Our site uses a secure system provided by Realex Payments Ireland to process your order. This system allows you to pay online with confidence knowing that your credit card details will be safe. We do not have access to your credit card details when you book online. The transaction is processed in real-time by Realex on a secured internet connection

We ask for your e-mail address and a password for you to register on the site. Registering on the site allows you to order products faster as you will not need to enter your name or address when shopping after your first order. Registering will also allow you to see a history of your past orders. We will confirm your order by sending you an email and we will also keep you informed of the progress of your order by email.

Your email address will only be used when we would like to send you our newsletter with details of new products, promotions or sales. You have the option to opt out of receiving our newsletter when you register. Alternatively if you would like to subscribe to our newsletter please enter your email address at the top of the page.

We will only ever phone you if we need to contact you urgently about your order.

We give you our word that any information you give us will be kept private.
Hart-On-Paw will never give or sell any information you provide us to anyone else.

Because everything has to be manually typed into the website pricing mistakes can happen. We try our best to make sure all prices are correct but we will not honor and are not legally obliged to honor mistakenly priced items.

21% VAT is added to all our products.  Our VAT number is IE 7574695G.
